The Emmay Care Safety Gate is ideal for stairs and doorways. The Safety Gate features a double locking mechanism yet is easy for an adult to use in a one handed operation. The Safety Gate can be opened either way and has a swing shut mechanism although we do recommend you double check the Gate is locked after closing.
